To start, you must do what is in the ( ) first. To find out the JP gotten, use this equation:Ĩ + (+) = JP obtained. This happens after a character performs an action. The other thing to laern about is the JP (Job Point) aquisition. Basically to get certain Jobs, you need to have other jobs at a certain level. This might sound very complicated, but it is in fact quite easy. And finally you need to level the Time Mage up to Level 3, in order to become a Summoner. If you want to be a Summoner, you need the Level 2 or higher for the Chemist, then you need the Level 3 for a Black Mage to become a Time Mage. For instance, in order to get the job for a Black Mage, you need to get the Chemist job up to Level 2. What this means is, in order to get new jobs, you have to meet certain requirements of other jobs first. Instead of finding a crystal, and getting a set of the jobs, you almost have to earn them. This time though, they took it, and completely remade the entire system. Final Fantasy Tactics brought back the Job system featured in III and V.
